Sanjivani is situated at Sambalpur, a District Town of western Orissa on farm Road, about 1/2 Kms from Khetrajpur Rly Station. If you are coming by train please get down at this Rly Station and catch an Auto or Riksha.

If you are coming to Sambalpur by Govt bus you may get down at Govt bus stand at Sambalpur which is also about half kms from Sanjivani.

If you are coming to Sambalpur by a Pvt bus you have to get down at Ainthapali Bus Stop which is about 4 Kms off. You can get an Auto from there for Sanjivani.

If coming by your own conveyance please ask for Sanjivani Hospital at Modipara and farm road that takes you to Khetrajpur Rly Station.
